How to use face tape

1. Before application, ensure the skin is clean and free from oils or heavy creams. You may apply a light moisturizer but allow it to fully absorb. Tape does not stick on oily surfaces.
2. Apply strips of the tape along natural massage or lymph drainage lines
3. Wear the tape for 6 to 10 hours per session during the initial 3–4 weeks, then maintain with 1–2 applications per week.
4. Remove carefully using a roll-off technique, aided by (baby) oil if desired. The oil dissolves the adhesive and makes it come off easily.
