This four-week programme has been designed specifically for those wishing to reconnect, strengthen and improve the strength and condition of the abdominal muscles. It can be held online or in person. Developed by Danielle alongside a team of movement specialists, the programme is particularly effective for those recovering from C-sections or other abdominal surgeries and those suffering from diastasis recti (abdominal separation) or pelvic floor dysfunction. The programme format enables long-lasting, sustainable improvements to be made to regain connection with the pelvic floor, diaphragm, deep abdominals and lower spinal area.

Kids classes are specifically tailored for age groups 5-8, 9-12 and 13-16. Following a progressive curriculum, they learn about how our bodies work and the principles of movement, in a fun and interactive format.
The classes are a great supplement to any other sports or physical activities kids do, helping to strengthen their bodies and reduce chances of injury. As a mom of two active boys myself, I understand the importance of keeping kids moving and growing with optimal health.
