Animal Flow is a fitness system designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and endurance. It’s also a great cardio workout, strengthening the heart and lungs. Fun and effective for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and levels, an Animal Flow class incorporates a series of animal-style movements, that are grouped into six components. These include Wrist Mobilisations, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, Travelling Forms, Switches & Transition and Flows. It encourages flow and creativity, whilst focusing on natural movement and functional exercise, which bring so many benefits to our everyday lives.
This is a technique focused on pelvic floor, core and posture. The Hypopressive method is excellent for post-natal recovery and for those with a weakness in the core, as ongoing pressure leads to pelvic floor issues, prolapse, hernia or abdominal separation. Hypopressive training targets this weakness, without putting additional or detrimental pressure on the abdominal wall or pelvic floor. It helps the body to sub-consciously brace the core when needed, increasing the resting tone and involuntary function of the core muscles.
A 45-minute Pilates and Mindful Movement class delivered via Zoom for complete ease and convenience. This varied class is the perfect kickstart to your day, setting the tone for productivity, boosting motivation and relieving any stress and tension on your body and mind. The classes, whilst all different, help to tone and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and balance and focus on the mind-body connection, which helps with concentration and presence throughout the day.
